Check to see what the flow rate is in the Water Flow read-back, it should be between 0.7 and 1.5 L/min.
If the flow is below 0.7 l/min, turn off chiller. Disconnect water in and out tubing at right side of Furnace.
Loosen the clamp holding the hose onto the water inlet fitting. Remove the hose from the fitting. You may need to cut the hose to get it off the fitting. Use a wrench (1 inch) to remove the filter assembly from the water inlet fitting (see picture of filter assembly below).
Use 1 inch wrench or adjustable wrench to loosen and remove the Water In fitting.
Use flat screwdriver to remove o-ring holding screen inside fitting. Tap the fitting on table to release the screen from the fitting.
The filter is a metal screen and can be cleaned with soap and water using a brush. If the filter is corroded or cannot be cleaned then replace it with a new water filter disk (P/N 420122900071). If the o-ring is damaged it can be replaced with a new o-ring (P/N 420122900051. Check the o-ring on the filter assembly to make sure it is intact. If it is damaged, then replace it with a new o-ring (P/N 420122900061).
Reassemble the filter assembly by putting the screen into the assembly and securing it by pushing in the o-ring. Then screw the filter assembly into the water inlet fitting and tighten with the wrench.
Once re-assembled then re-connect the water in and out tubing, tighten clamps, turn chiller on and check water flow again.
