Flame Autosampler not moving

Issue

The Cetac flame autosampler is not moving when controlled by Solaar software. The autosampler is able to be control by the Cetac software through the computer

Environment

iCE3000 series
M series
S series

Resolution

The autosampler should only be connected to the AA system Accessory 1 or Accesory 2. If the autosampler came with an USB cable it should not be connected to the computer at the same time.
