Blank Reading High on Furnace
Contamination could cause a blank reading high on furnace. This article describes the process for resolving the issue and includes steps to install a new autosampler probe (capillary) tip, install a new vial reagent cup or vial for blank, and install the furnace capillary tubing.

- Clean out wash bottle and refill with new rinse solution.
- Install new autosampler probe (capillary) tip.
- Install new vial reagent cup or vial for blank and make sure it has been acid washed
