Flame Autosampler not moving
This article addresses the issue of the Cetac flame autosampler not responding when controlled by Solaar software, although it functions correctly with the Cetac software on the computer. This issue occurs in the iCE3000, M series, and S series environments. To resolve this, ensure the autosampler is connected exclusively to the AA system's Accessory 1 or Accessory 2 ports. If the autosampler includes a USB cable, it should not be connected to the computer simultaneously.
Issue

Resolution
The autosampler should only be connected to the AA system Accessory 1 or Accesory 2. If the autosampler came with an USB cable it should not be connected to the computer at the same time.
