Error setting cool gas value

Resolved "cool gas error" by closing all Qtegra programs, turning off the iCAP RQ for 15 seconds, then powering it back on. Restarted Qtegra, attempted to light the plasma, and the instrument ignited successfully, reaching the operate state.
