At the end of the Startup sequence after the plasma has ignited, the parameters in Tune Set are implemented. If any of the readbacks do not match up with the Set Value, the Tune Set will fail to Activate.
Check which readback is not matching up with the Set Value and investigate potential causes.
For example, if the Nebulizer Gas Flow is not matching up with the Set Value, then the nebulizer itself may be potentially at fault and it would be a good idea to install a new Nebulizer and test.
