CID firmware error during installation

Issue

During the new install of an ICAPPRO all version the message "Camera firmware revision xxxxxx is newer than the supported version" appear in Log view in Qtegra dashboard.

• ICAPPRO XP
• ICAPPRO XPS

Resolution

Install the latest version of Qtegra software

You can download a copy from Thermo Fisher Sharepoint or if you have no access to Sharepoint, contact Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Cause

Some ICAPPRO are supplied with old Qtegra software version and instrument have been tested or into CID it is loaded a newer version of Qtegra, when connecting the instrument the old version firmware installed in PC enters in conflict with loaded into camera
