Camera Cooling Interlock Warning Solved by Changing Configurations

Issue

Camera is not cooling.  Wither the interlock is red or the camera is not reaching temperature.  

Environment

  • iCAP 6000/7000 Series
  • iCAP PRO

Resolution

  1.   System is found to not function due to either a camera temp interlock or camera not reaching temperature warning.  
  2.   System must be running Qtegra
  3.   Change current configuration to Empty and leave for 1 minute
  4.   Change the configuration back to the working configuration of choice.  
  5.   Once working configuration has loaded proceed with startup procedures and see if camera cools to designated temperature to clear interlock/warning.
