Capillary tubing to Mixing Y disconnecting when pump is on high

Issue

When pump goes to high speed during uptake, capillary tubing coming nebulizer disconnects from the mixing Y causing leaks.

Resolution

1. Remove the current piece of pump tubing on the mixing Y where nebulizer capillary tubing connects to

2. Cut off a small section of tubing from Orange/White pump tube and install on mixing Y

3. Cut the end of the capillary tubing going to mixing Y at a straight cut, no 45 degree

4. Using sand paper or glove to get a better grip on capillary tubing, push capillary tubing into pump tubing until it is about ¼” (approximately 6mm) of the way in

Analysis

The tubing does not disconnect when pump is at normal speed
