Resolution

Replace the 3kW RF DC Power Supply 8423 155 50381

Analysis

Confirm input voltage to instrument.
Confirm there is no damaged wiring that supplies the DC PSU with power or communications.
If DC PSU LED is extinguished, replace DC PSU.
