Intensities are about half in Axial View

Analysis

A Fore Optics alignment was performed in Axial view.  However, it failed to bring the axial intensities up. Upon inspection of the Fore Optics autotune report, it was observed that the apex of the Optical Mirror 2 optimization was off the graph, meaning that the optimal position was not able to be found in the given Position range

For example, below is a good Optical Mirror 2 scan in which the apex of the curve is found within the Position range.
