Y connectors (p/n 13674600) are fragile and easy to damage.
Kit tubing discolored (contaminated) at the Y; the fitting is partially collapsed where tubing connects;
The fitting has is bent over where the tubing connects.

Customers can buy from Cole Parmer directly using their p/n K-30614-02 for nylon 1/16" y connector or K-30614-03 for polypropylene type. Each has 10 per pack.
