Low coolant flow- iCAP PRO

Issue

Plasma won't light, error message states low coolant flow

Environment

• iCAP PRO

Resolution

1. Check that the filters in the chiller have been cleaned

2. Check the locking mechanisms for the water line inlet and outlet, if not connecting fully this error will be given. Unclick the inlet tubing, and re-connect to see if the error can be rectified.

3. Check chiller pressure by pressing the down arrow on the chiller. May need to increase the chiller pressure.
