NA Values Displayed in Concentration

Environment
- iCAP Pro
Resolution
- Open the Qtegra software on the iCAP Pro instrument.
- Navigate to the Quantification tab.
- Review the standard ranges and compare them with the calibration range.
- Adjust the standard ranges to ensure they fall within the calibration range or delete the standard ranges..
