NA Values Displayed in Concentration

Issue

The Qtegra software for iCAP Pro displays "NA" values in the quantification results.

Resolution

1. Open the Qtegra software on the iCAP Pro instrument.
2. Navigate to the Quantification tab.
3. Review the standard ranges and compare them with the calibration range.
4. Adjust the standard ranges to ensure they fall within the calibration range or delete the standard ranges..
