Resolution
1. Check the incoming gas pressure at the regulator, should be at least 80psi
2. Check for gas leaks along the incomming gas line
3. If no leaks detected and gas pressure ok, call technical support at 1-800-5324752 option 2, option 7 for support
Analysis
If customer calls with this issue, and they have the correct gas pressure, and no leaks detected, the issue is most likely the gas box has failed and will need to be replaced.
