Removing and Reinstalling the Torch on iCAP 6000-7000 Series

Issue

Periodically it will be necessary to perform maintenance on the torch, torch holder o-rings, injector (center) tube or injector tube holder o-rings. In order to do this, it is necessary to know how to remove the torch and associated hardware. This would also apply to for example if a plasma ignition issue is being troubleshooted and a leak in the torch area is suspected as a possible root cause.
