Resetting Qtegra with Empty Configureation

Issue

The get ready button can not be pushed and the plasma will not light.  

Environment

• iCAP-OES
• iCAP-Q
• iCAP- RQ

Resolution

1. Click on the dashboard to the left of the get ready button
2. In the dialog box that has opened load the EMPTY Configuration.  
3. Once the EMPTY configuration has loaded, re-click the dashboard icon to the left of the get read button.
4. In the dialog box that opens, click on the configuration you were trying to use and let it load.  
5. The get ready button show be able to be pushed, lighting the plasma.
