Sprint Valve Errors Inhibiting LabBook from Running

Issue

Sprint valve errors (load failure command, etc.) occur which inhibit the LabBook from running even though the Sprint Valve is bypassed and not used

Environment

iCAP 7600

Resolution

Disabled the Sprint Valve by completing the following steps

1)    Open Sprint Valve Configurator by opening the Windows Start Menu and then navigating to Sprint Valve Config

If the Enable Sprint Valve Operation box is unchecked,

check it and click Save Configuration to Sprint Valve  and proceed to step 4

Note: This may sound counterintuitive but there is a bug in the Sprint Valve Configurator software which enables its use in the beginning without showing the checkmark

4)    Uncheck the Enable Sprint Valve Operation and click  Save Configuratoin to Sprint Valve

Analysis

This only applies to version of Qtegra prior to 2.10 in which the Sprint Valve Configuartor application is used to control the Sprint Valve
