Resolution

1. With plasma off, turn off the chiller
2. Reverse water lines in the back of the chiller
3. Run for 5 minutes
4. Turn off chiller
5. Replace chiller lines into the correct positions
6. Turn on chiller
7. Monitor interlocks

Cause
