iTEVA will not initialize, Qtegra will, iCAP 7000 common
Issue
iTEVA won't initialize with the iCAP, but Qtegra will
Environment
- iCAP 6000 series
- iCAP 7000 series
- iTEVA
- Qtegra
Resolution
- Make sure iTEVA is closed
- Open Qtegra
- Set Qtegra configuration to one that does not contain an instrument, most likely named "Empty" or "Blank"
- Close Qtegra
- Open iTEVA
- Instrument initialization should occur
- If the instrument will still not initialize:
- Close iTEVA
- Stop Qtegra Services
- Re-open iTEVA
