How to resolve firmware issues on the Cetac 560 Autosampler, including steps to reinstall the correct firmware version and troubleshoot potential errors.
Environment
- Cetac 560 Autosampler
Resolution
- Open the Cetac Console. Navigate to the "Firmware" section.
- Select the appropriate firmware from the list:
- For newer boards, use cetac therm v3.0.
- For older boards, use cetac therm v2.1.
- Type in the serial number (SN) of the instrument.
- Install the selected firmware. Verify that the autosampler is displayed with the correct name.
- Assign the COM port to the autosampler..
