Thermoflex chiller SEr Code will not reset

Issue

The SEr (service code) will not reset after pressing enter on the Thermoflex panel.

Environment

• Thermoflex 900
• Thermoflex 1400
• Thermoflex 2500

Resolution

Perform the steps below

3) Power cycle the chiller by first pressing the power button on the front display and then moving the rocker switch on the back panel of the chiller to the off position. Then move rocker switch to the On position and press the power button on the front display to power the chiller back on.
