iTEVA Control Center will not open

Issue

When trying to open iTEVA control center an error message pops up saying "record is deleted" and iTEVA doesn't open.

Environment

  • iCAP 6000/7000 Series
  • iTEVA

Resolution

Have user to rename the Journal file CID_MS32.TJA to > CID_ms32.TJA12. It will be recreated and allow iTEVA to open and update new journal..
