How to Export and Send a Qtegra LabBook for Thermo Fisher Troubleshooting
Describes how to export a Qtegra LabBook using File Manager and send the file to Thermo Fisher for troubleshooting support.
Issue
A Qtegra LabBook must be exported and sent to Thermo Fisher for troubleshooting.

Resolution
Export the Qtegra LabBook file and attach it to an email by following the steps below.
- In Qtegra, navigate to File Manager.

*NOTE: The Export function may be restricted by your System Administrator. If the Export option is unavailable or greyed out, contact your System Administrator for access. - Select a destination folder for the exported LabBook file and save the export.

Analysis
In regulated environments, the Workspace folder storing LabBooks may not be accessible through Windows Explorer. The Qtegra ISDS File Manager Export function allows users to retrieve LabBooks without requiring direct access to the Windows file structure.
