LOD Displaying as NaN for Calibration
Issue
LOD Displaying as NaN for Calibration
Environment
- iCAP 7000 Series
- iCAP PRO Series
- iCAP Qnova Series
Resolution
The LOD is calculated as follows:
It is necessary to have a valid BLK or AVERAGE BLK as part of the analysis in order for the LOD to be calculated. If a valid BLK or AVERAGE BLK is not present, NaN will be displayed for the LOD.
Analysis
In the example displayed in the Issue section, a BLK was actually included in the Sample List to be analyzed but it was not due to an error during the acquisition. Therefore because there was not valid BLK acquired, NaN was displayed for the LOD.
