Qtegra Indicates Configuration Is Locked When Running a LabBook

Users may be unable to schedule or run a LabBook because Qtegra reports that the configuration is locked. Restarting Qtegra services resolves the issue in most cases.

Issue

Users may be unable to schedule or run a LabBook because Qtegra reports that the configuration is locked. Restarting Qtegra services resolves the issue in most cases.

Environment

  • Qtegra ISDS Software
  • iCAP 7000 Series
  • iCAP PRO Series
  • iCAP Qnova Series

Resolution

  • Close all active Qtegra ISDS sessions.
  • Open the Windows Services application.
  • Locate the Qtegra-related services.
  • Restart the required Qtegra services.
  • Reopen Qtegra ISDS.
  • Attempt to schedule or run the LabBook again.
  • Verify the configuration lock message no longer appears.
