Qtegra Indicates Configuration Is Locked When Running a LabBook
Users may be unable to schedule or run a LabBook because Qtegra reports that the configuration is locked. Restarting Qtegra services resolves the issue in most cases.

Users may be unable to schedule or run a LabBook because Qtegra reports that the configuration is locked. Restarting Qtegra services resolves the issue in most cases.
Environment
- Qtegra ISDS Software
- iCAP 7000 Series
- iCAP PRO Series
- iCAP Qnova Series
Resolution
- Close all active Qtegra ISDS sessions.
- Open the Windows Services application.
- Locate the Qtegra-related services.
- Restart the required Qtegra services.
- Reopen Qtegra ISDS.
- Attempt to schedule or run the LabBook again.
- Verify the configuration lock message no longer appears.
