Setting Up Exclusions for Qtegra for iCAP PRO in Security Applications in Windows 10

Description: 

When using Firewall, AntiVirus, Host Intrusion, Anit-Malware and other types of security applications, it is important to set up exclusions for Qtegra program and services as well as instrument specific IP addresses in those application(s) in order for Qtegra to be able to communicate with the instrument.

The following IP addresses and Ports will need to be excluded:

Instrument Control Board: 192.168.0.60:3000

Camera: 192.168.1.2:47151

PlasmaTV: 192.168.0.88:554 (RTSP)

iSC-65 Autosampler: 192.168.1.150:4000

Note: IP Address is first 4 number grouping, i.e. 192.168.1.150 and Port is the digits after the colon, i.e. 4000.

Additionally, the following programs and services located in C:\Program Files\Thermo\Qtegra\_Binaries will need to be exlcuded:

Qtegra.exe

AcquisitionService.exe

ControlManagerService.exe

FileService.exe

HardwareService.exe

HubService.exe

LoggingService.exe
