Qnova - iCAP Qnova Mass Calibration Pass - Fail Criteria
The coefficients shown in the red box above are used only as parameters by the mass calibration function.
The Pass/Fail criteria is only based on the mass difference and the resolution. The log file reports that the mass calibration passed if the mass difference between true mass and measured mass is less than 0.03 amu. The resolution is successfully adjusted if the peak width is 0.75 amu +/- 0.03 amu at 10% peak high.
Unfortunately there is no other places were the pass criteria are shown other than in the log file.
