Qtegra - Inject Error in ChromControl
Description:
It has been reported that after a reinstallation of ChromControl a customer was not able to run a LabBook due to injection errors. These injections errors will manifest themselves in one of the following ways.
Environment:
- Qtegra
- ECCN:EAR99
Resolution:
1) In the LabBook click on the ChromControl Method Editor
2) Choose Sampler
3) Choose General Settings
4) Uncheck Synchronize injection with pump
5) If the injection error persists go to the attachment
