Issue

Plasma flow settings get changed to zero

Check the post ignition settings to insure no zero gas flows are set for torch coolant, auxiliary or nebulizer gas.
The last tune setting state may have been saved with all the gas flows set to zero.
1. Right click and set an older state to the post-ignition default settings; or
2. Go to “Edit” and double-click on a state that was successful in the past. Select Apply Tune Settings so that this state moves to top of the list.
