Resolution
All Thermo Fisher colleagues who need to provide remote support are eligible to become registered users (i.e., Support Providers).
There is no direct licensing cost to the cost center for prospective registered users.
There is no limit to the number of Thermo Fisher users who may become registered.
All licensing costs are borne by the IES, LSLPG/GSS, and MSD operating budgets.
Any personnel who need to receive remote support (i.e., Support Receivers) do not need access to this tool; they will be instructed by a Support Provider how to receive remote support when they need it. These persons include Customers, Dealers, Distributors, and Independent Service Organization representatives.
