ICS-3000 Discontinuation Customer Letter
Dionex replaced the ICS-3000 Ion Chromatography systems with the ICS-5000 in March 2010. Support for ICS-3000, including software, spare parts, and repairs, will continue until June 2017. After this date, service will be on a "best-effort" basis. For new quotes, contact Dionex.
