How to prime the ICS-900 pump using Chromeleon 7.2 software
To prime the ICS-900 pump using Chromeleon 7.2 software, follow the automated or manual priming procedures to remove air from the pump heads. Automated priming increases the flow rate to 3 ml/min and should be done if the system has been idle for over 4 hours, or if baseline noise or pressure changes are significant. Manual priming is necessary if the eluent reservoir runs dry or if the eluent is changed. Always follow manual priming with an automated prime.
