Description of the work performed
During the Preventive Maintenance (PM) on the Dionex AS-DV Autosamplers, I followed the Preventive Maintenance Instructions (document number Dionex AS-DV Autosampler - Preventive Maintenance Procedure). The tasks performed included replacing the sampling tip and transfer line (071575), lubricating the sampling mechanism, and rebuilding the high-pressure valve. System testing and checking for leaks were conducted to ensure all parts were functioning correctly. All tasks were documented using the Preventive Maintenance Checklist (part number ULS-DRS-PMC-0153).
