AS-AP BAD PARAMETER
Issue
Error message in the audit trail : AS-AP or Sampler "BAD PARAMETERS"

AS-AP Austosampler
Resolution
- This error mentioned an issue during the selftest. The sampler can't be initialized. The Customer isn't able to do something, we need to Schedule an appointment with a FSE.
- During the visit the FSE needs to:
- Check voltages on the Power Supply : 24 V. Voltages need to be stable.
- Remove one by one all cables connected on the IC2bus J15, J2, J13( : check the Audit trail for new error message ( check if you can see again " bad parameter" ). Some new messages will appears as Temperature error due to missing cable.
If the answer is YES, follow the next step, if this is NO, the issue is due to another device.
- If you can see " BAD PARAMETER", try to disconnect Voltages for peripheral device J6 and keep IC2bus disconnected. If "Bad parameter" is visible in the Audit trail you need to replace the Main Board. If this isn't the case, you need to connect J6 and remove one by one the power supply for all device ( Carrousel, syringe drive, X Drive , Z drive).
- When you change a main board please keep the EEPROM orientation. During the repair try to keep the EEPROM but if an error occur, this one can be damaged. You need to use Mickey tool to load S/N and perform full sampler calibration/alignment
