"Alignment positions not precise" and other errors related to the XZ drive on the AS-AP

Cause
During the needle alignment procedure, an error occurs when performing the regular self-test. The self test fails when the needle goes back over to the inject port, and before it goes over to the wash port. (Refer to the video in the attachments)
Resolution Steps
1. Reset the AS-AP to default alignment parameters:
