Integrion experiencing disconnection issues

IC products, mostly Integrion have been experiencing disconnection issues.

After receiving a computer, verify the following:

1. All the cables are connected.
2. Windows has been activated.
3. Chromeleon has been installed including IQ and OQ.
4. Instrument is connected to computer.
