The seal for the purge valve screw is the part labeled 8 in snip above: 063382, SEAL,WASH,DURON 14 GOLD,50809,RoHS 

Barb fitting  labeled 5 in the snip above is part 035528. 

Purge valve screw (knob) is part 3 in the snip above: 22185-20204
