Syringe Drive Error

Issue

Syringe drive error due to a loose nut which holds the lead screw. There is a missing a blue loctite to keep nut secure.

AS-AP Autosampler

Resolution

  • Perform a quality check on instruments and parts often to prevent future malfunctions due to poor quality, defective and/or missing parts.
  • Report any findings to have repaired or replaced.
