What is the meaning of the "check castor brakes" error?

• Multifuge X3FR
• Legend XFR

Resolution

“Check castor brakes” is NOT an error but rather a safety message to ensure that the centrifuge’s wheels are properly locked in place before starting a run (see attached image).

This message appears only when the centrifuge has just been turned on or the last run is more than two hours ago. So, check the castor brakes before pressing start again to continue with the run.
