Shut down the SpeedVac system by toggling the mains switch to "off," noting that its location varies by model. Power down the cold trap and vacuum pump similarly. For older systems, switch off or unplug from the power source. Remove and clean the glass flask from the cold trap, disposing of any solvents. Leave CryoCool in the trap with the lid sealed.
