Issue

•A new nozzle tip definition is set up or a new sample line was installed.

•Setting the flow rate to 30%, Bigfoot QC beads take longer than 30 seconds to achieve 300 eps +/- 50

•Post sort analysis shows low recovery.

•Abnormal bead consumption in QC processes (system goes through over a bottle each week).

•Drop delay or bead alignment fails event rate validation.
