Issue

• Aerosol Management System fan is inoperable, doesn't respond to user input, or doesn't maintain 6000 rpm

• Aerosol Management System HEPA filter fails 3rd party efficiency/integrity testing

• Biosafety Enclosure fan is inoperable, doesn't respond to user input, doesn't maintain 2800 rpm, or is annoyingly loud

• Biosafety Enclosure HEPA filter fails 3rd party efficiency/integrity testing

• Both fans/ all pressure sensors unresponsive

• Excessively difficult or impossible to balance inflow/downflow

• Greater than 16 fpm range for downflow from left to right side.

• Inflow/downflow balance point found at not recommended damper position

• Liquid leaking out of catch pan instead of draining into instrument drip pan

• Low remaining HEPA filter remaining life/ Time to replace the HEPA filter warning

• Non responsive pressure sensors

• Non sensical pressure sensor values

• Periodic containment/ low inflow air velocity alarms

• Select components unresponsive when electrical cables, continuity, and the device is confirmed to be good
