Issue

  • The main biosafety enclosure fan must operate at 85% or greater to maintain adequate inflow air velocity

  • The HEPA filter is over 10 years old.

  • A HEPA filter integrity test was performed on the HEPA filter, and it failed to reach its required efficiency. This is a part of testing DT00149.
