DXR EEPROM ERROR
Issue
After replacing the Motor Control Board (MCB) an error was encountered that reads "Invalid EEPROM Value"
Environment
- DXR
Resolution
The solution is edit the DXR.ini file.
- Add the following line to the [CurrentStatus]
DXR_EEPROMState=1
This will allow the DXR EEPROM Settings dialog to open but with most of its controls empty.
2. The Restore Backup button can then be used to get the original EEPROM data from the DXREEPROM.dat file in My Documents\omnic\VRParam. This will populate the controls with data after which the Write EEPROM button should be selected to write it to the MCB EEPROM.
[IMPORTANT]
3. The DXREEPROMState line should be removed from DXR.ini after the EEPROM has been written with the backup data.
