In this case study, we demonstrate the incorporation of the Antaris™II Fourier transform near-infrared (FT-NIR) analyzer, manufactured by Thermo Electron Corporation, into a raw material analysis program that examines both physical and chemical properties of supplied materials. This study is representative of a model for a front-end Process Analytical Technology (PAT) application where analytical information about materials is collected and analyzed throughout the product manufacturing process.
