OMNIC Anywhere - August 2023 Release
This OMNIC Anywhere release includes the new Multi-component Search feature for users who have purchased a library subscription. Additionally, improvements were made to Compound Search to provide better results.
What’s included:
- New Multi-component search feature for library collection subscribers.
- Overlay and stacked views for Multi-component Search results.
- Multi-component search results email and in-app notifications.
- Compound Search results improvements.
To run a multi-component search:
- In the Measurements screen, right-click on any measurement with absorbance y-axis units
- Select Multi-component search
- Select the number of components and libraries for search
- Click on Run search
- The search will be performed in the background and you will receive an email and app notification once it's completed.
- When you receive the notification, click on the link to view your results.
- You can view multiple sets of results by clicking on the left panel...
... and you can switch between an overlay and stacked view.
Lastly, Connect Team Edition users can now import new types of files to OMNIC Anywhere, including .spc, .sp, .jws, and others. For more information about Connect Team Edition, visit this page.
