This document contains a revision history of OMNIC Paradigm SDK changes, including new features that may not be included in the documentation, resolved issues, and known issues.

This document only lists software versions that included changes to the SDK. If we did make any changes to the SDK, the software version is skipped here.

OMNIC Paradigm v2.5

Release Date: October 2023

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 11 64-bit; Windows 10 64-bit

New Features

  • Added the ability to run a quant method on a specified measurement.

  • Added the ability to export a spectrum to a location on disk (.SPA format).

OMNIC Paradigm v2.3

Release Date: April 2023

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 11 64-bit; Windows 10 64-bit

New Features

  • Included peak height values in the asynchronous scan updates. This allows users to access interferogram peak height values in real-time after each scan has finished.

  • Added the ability to tag a measurement via an SDK command.

  • Added the ability to run a previously configured workflow via an SDK command

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed a versioning bug that disallowed some users with intermittent (unreleased SDK versions) from connecting to the paradigm backends

  • Fixed an issue where a disconnected instrument was not being shown as disconnected after running the status command

  • Fixed an issue where first and last x values were showing up as arbitrarily small and large.

OMNIC Paradigm v2.2

Release Date: September 2022

This is the intitial release of the OMNIC Paradigm SDK.
