The attached guide explains how to create and use favorite groups in OMNIC Specta by combining libraries, folders, or individual spectra for streamlined spectral searching. Users can customize favorites, update or remove content, and use the group for identifying unknown samples.

In OMNIC it is fairly straight forward to save a search list as a group (i.e. a list of libraries combined into one entry). In OMNIC Specta this same thing can be accomplished, but how to do it is a bit less intuitive. Attached are the steps to create a search group and use it for identification of unknowns.
