Performance Verification menu item missing
Issue
In the System Status of OMNIC, the menu item for Performance Verification was missing even though the System Status shield icon is green (communication established).
Environment
- OMNIC
- Nicolet 6700
Resolution
- In OMNIC, select Collect > Experiment Setup > Configure > Configure bench button.
- Enable the check box for the Internal Standards wheel.
Once enabled the feature for Performance Verification will be displayed in the System Status overview of OMNIC.
Cause
The reason the Performance Verification menu item is missing is that the internal standard wheel to enable the Performance Verification was unchecked.
